Handles engineering operations of the company

- Responsible for the general monitoring of all project sites through regional coordinators and in most cases directly through project engineers

- End to end project monitoring, in terms of request raising, vetting approvals and releases, resource management establishment of standard operational procedures on site

- Liaises with regional coordinators to generate request based on the budget provision, review the request, forward to the contract admin for vetting and recommendation, which will be assessed for final approval

- Engages in general site coordination for quality assurance and ensures required specification and standards are being followed judiciously

- Monitors output and performance in relation to program of works schedule and also assists in the integration and redeployment of ne technical staff, construction method and overseeing of all technical operations

- Responsible for general overseeing of multiple project sites within his domain

- Coordinates the activities of project sites from inception to finish, monitoring and assisting project engineers of various sites
