Job Title: HR Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management. They will also manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational culture, ensuring the organization’s human capital aligns with its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build strong employer branding to ensure the company is seen as a top choice for potential candidates.
2. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR matters, including conflict resolution and career development.
- Implement and maintain an open-door policy to facilitate communication and trust within the organization.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee the performance management process, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Identify and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
- Ensure that performance objectives are met and aligned with the company’s goals.
4. Learning and Development:
- Design and implement effective training and development programs to improve employee skills and job performance.
- Promote career growth opportunities within the organization.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
5. Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Develop, update, and maintain company HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current laws and best practices.
- Handle sensitive employee information in line with data protection and privacy laws.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the company’s compensation structure and benefits program.
- Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
7. Organizational Development and Culture:
- Lead initiatives to develop and enhance company culture, employee engagement, and organizational values.
- Support management and employees in driving a positive work environment.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
8. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to hire, employee satisfaction, etc., and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR activities and recommendations for process improvement.
9. Health, Safety, and Wellness:
- Oversee workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Implement employee wellness programs to promote well-being and work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
